Gita Omri is a New York womenswear label recapturing elegance for the modern woman. Founded by designer Gita Omri Brown, it makes timeless, beautifully made pieces for the woman who wants to feel like herself, only more so. Because true femininity is powerful, and true style never compromises.

I have always loved dressing up. What was once a game became a part of my life that brings me so much joy, and honors that little girl who just wanted to be fancy. I love that I get to help other women feel empowered and special through fashion.

Long before the atelier, there was a little girl in a handmade dress who just wanted to feel fancy. That joy never left, it became a life’s work.
After years in New York City, Gita and her family moved to the New Jersey suburbs, where she opened her atelier. The studio was built to bring custom, personal design to women who want quality and uniqueness in a world of fast, disposable clothing.
Elegance is not performance. It is presence.
Every piece honors the balance of strength and softness, comfort and confidence, refinement and authenticity. Gita’s aesthetic is accessible glamour with an edge. A regular of New York Fashion Week and a fine artist, she brings the same conceptual spirit and play with material and silhouette to her collections that she brings to her paintings, all of it made to help a woman feel seen and entirely herself.
Clothes that hold both at once: power and delicacy, refinement and ease. Presence, never performance.
Timeless, high-quality pieces made to be lived in. Fewer, better, chosen with intention, and far less waste.
Designed to help a woman feel seen, confident, and completely herself in every room and every moment.
